I was invited to speak at an IEEE conference in Honolulu, and we decided to make a
vacation around it. Julian, Satomi and I stayed in a condo in Waikiki, and used a

Adult Video, Drug and Sandwiches. The Japanese translation of "SANDWICH" on the window is wrong. Whoever wrote it rendered the word in Japanese katakana as sen-to-i-chi ("sen-tow-ee-chee") instead of san-do-ichi. So instead of "sandwich" the translation means "one thousand and one".
The Royal Grove Hotel at Waikiki has seen better days.
